Description
Cycas Palm, commonly known as the Sago Palm, is a slow-growing, ancient plant native to Japan and Southeast Asia. Despite its name, it is not a true palm but a cycad, one of the oldest plant groups on Earth. It has a striking rosette of stiff, feather-like dark green leaves that emerge from a thick, textured trunk.
Features
- Ancient Plant Lineage: One of the oldest surviving plant species, dating back over 200 million years.
